I work for Phoenix Domestic Abuse Services and we have had the pleasure of working with Dan Rob Electrical Services for the last 6 months. As a small charity we want to use sustainable energy and at the same time keep costs to a minimum. They have fitted solar panels and a battery to the house that we are based in, in addition they have provided many other electrical services which include fitting electric heating. Dan is always available with help if I have any queries about future projects or advice for the most economical way to heat and power the building. The other boys are friendly and efficient and keep disuption to a minimum so that we can continue our usual business while have work completed. I cannot recommend Dan and his team enough, they are reliable and the work to the highest of standards.

I recently used Dan Rob to rewire a property and the service was amazing. The guys were friendly and approachable, as well as professional. I had an issue (through no fault of their service) that they resolved within a day of me contacting them. I would definitely use again. Highly recommended!

Lost all power to down stairs sockets due to a faulty consumer unit at around 4pm. Dan came out first thing next day and upon inspection found the consumer unit to be badly damaged due to loose wires and fire damage. So he supplied and fitted a new metal clad consumer unit to AMD3. Dan also did a electrical inspection throughout the house for the new Domestic electrical install certificate. He also supplied and fitted 2 fire rated IP65 downlighters, due to the old ones not being fire rated.Dan and his team were very polite, professional and jovial, which put us at ease, knowing we were in good hands. They explained everything as they went along and couldn't do enough for us. We would 100% recommend Dan Rob electrical services Ltd and we will definitely use them again. I contacted Dan on the recommendation of a friend for solar panel installation and wow what a recommendation. From the initial discussion, through installation and now post having everything installed I was so impressed. Dan explains everything carefully and ensures you understand everything clearly. Had a damaged wire between the fuse switch and the boiler which our insurance wouldn't cover. Called Dan and he was with me within the hour! He even fixed the light fixture that was in the same cupboard as the boiler! Top quality service! Would highly recommend!

Dan and his team were spot on from the start, when we asked for some changes as they went along there were no problems at all. It was a whole house rewire of a big house which took just 3 weeks. The team were very professional but with a cracking sense of humour. I would definitely recommend them

These guys are amazing!! Professional and diligent from first to last. Such was my fear of making a mistake, my initial enquiry was full of questions, but Dan was so patient - he answered each one without any hard sell. Never made me feel like a nuisance. When Dan did a site survey, again, no hard sell, just honest advice and information. Dan is so knowledgable, he allays fears and concerns. The installation went smoothly and efficiently. The guys were absolutely great and respectful of my property. They were polite, friendly and tidy. Dan answered any after sales questions I had, until I got my head around how it all works. I can’t recommend Dan and the team highly enough. The system is way above my expectations and working like a dream - exactly as Dan promised.

SIMPLY THE BEST!! This company did the Electrical wiring for our new kitchen And did a superb job So when I needed a electric vehicle charging point fitted it was a no-brainer And once again superb service and workmanship from beginning to end can’t recommend them highly enough.

We decided it was time to try to do our bit for the planet and to try to buffer ourselves from the vageries of the energy marketplace by getting a solar installtion on our house. Dan Rob Electrical Services came recommended by some friends so I gave Rob a call to ask him to come see if we were suitable and what our options might be. Dan duly arrived at the appointed hour and did a full survey, including drone pictures of the roof etc and talked me through our options, his preferred supplier of the technology (Solar Edge) and how it would be installed, our responsibilities and everything I ever wanted to know about solar! At no time did I feel under pressure to make a decision or to go for any particular solution. A week or so later I received a complete and very detailed quote setting out everything in clear and consise words and pictures. The upshot was the quote was acceptable to us and we instructed Dan to go ahead. Communication with Dan was good, responsive and always positive. Come installation time the scaffolding guys did their bit, Dan, Mark and Dan did theirs and we had a fully functional 8kw solar installation with battery backup and working within 4 days. Having the guys on site was great, they worked hard, were always polite and courteous, had a great sense of humour and to be frank were a pleasure to have around. The quality of the installation was second to none and Dan made sure that I fully understood how to operate and manage the system when commisioned. This all took place back in mid March '24 and the system has been working fantastically since then. I have had a couple of queries that Dan has handled with alacrity but it has been trouble free throughout. The system has proved itself by keeping the lights on during main grid outages as a result of the recent storms. I cannot recommend DanRob Electrical Services highly enough.
